⚫ The bottom part of the main unit (black) is fixed and not movable. Since the lithium iron phosphate battery cannot be removed, any damage to the bottom part caused by intentionally turning it will not be eligible for replacement.
⚫ The magnet inside the main body is strong. If you pull the handle upwards, it may come off, so when removing it from the magnet, please hold the body.
⚫ Before shipping, we inspect each product one by one to make sure it works, that each fixed part is strong, and for any major scratches. Since this is an electronic device, if there is an unexpected electronic defect, please contact us within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. We will replace it with a new one.
⚫ This product may have minor scratches or stains during the manufacturing process, but this does not affect its use and has passed inspection. Returns and exchanges are not eligible.
