　■The campsite will be rented exclusively for you, so participants can enjoy camping at their own pace!

■This time, you can also choose to stay overnight at an inn, so you can join the offline meet-up empty-handed!

■ You can enter the natural hot springs as many times as you like!

■You can take a bath even after checking out the next day!

■ Alcohol and snacks are available for purchase at the inn's shop and vending machines.

[Request to those who wish to participate]

　■ The recruitment period may close at our discretion without prior notice.

■ Only family members may accompany you. Please be sure to enter the accompanying person's information in the application form.

■ Please help us by taking all your trash home with you. (There are places to dispose of charcoal and ash.)

　■We will provide light meals such as snacks in the evening, so please prepare dinner ingredients in moderation.

■ Please prepare your gear so that you can enjoy the activity even if it rains.

■If there are a large number of applicants, a lottery will be held and only those who have received an email confirming their participation will be able to participate.

■ Cars are not allowed on the site, but you can drive close to the site.
* The furthest walk from the parking lot to the site is about 100m.

■ Pets are not allowed.

■ No firewood for sale

■The use of music players, musical instruments, and speakers is prohibited as they may disturb other customers.

■ Applications for participation will not be accepted via any form other than the application form.

■ Up to one accompanying person may attend, but only from family members. *Please be sure to fill out the accompanying person information form.

■ Please follow the basic rules for using the campsite: abide by the Shinano-so rules.

■ Please take all your trash with you when you leave.

■ The event will generally be held rain or shine, but please note that it may be cancelled if worsening weather is predicted in advance or if the weather suddenly worsens on the day and it is deemed dangerous.

■ There is a possibility of snowfall at this time of year, so if snow is forecast, we will send another email to participants to confirm their attendance. Please be sure to reply when this happens.

■ The temperature is expected to drop significantly on the day. We recommend that you bring more cold weather gear than you will need.
(The highest temperature on November 14th last year was 10.3℃ (13:00) and the lowest temperature was 4.4℃ (21:10).)

■ Please refrain from participating if you have any concerns about your health.

Participation by minors only is not permitted .

■ If you cancel after confirming your participation, a cancellation fee may be charged depending on the time.

 

【Cancellation policy】

Please note that if you cancel after applying, the following cancellation fees will apply.
*Cancellation fees must be paid by bank transfer. (Bank transfer fees must be paid by the customer.)

4 days before: 20 % ( Cancellation on October 11th: 1,400 yen/3,000 yen ) *Elementary school students: 600 yen

30 % 3 days before ( Cancellation on October 12th → 2,100 yen/4,500 yen ) *Elementary school students 900 yen

2 days before : 50 % ( Cancellation on October 13th → 3,500 yen/7,500 yen ) *Elementary school students: 1,500 yen

100 % on the day ( Cancellation on October 14th → 7,000 yen/ 15,000 yen ) *Elementary school students 3,000 yen
